As Head of Operations at Shore Wealth, I help make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From managing day-to-day operations to supporting long-term planning, my role is all about keeping the business organised, efficient, and focused on delivering a great service to our clients.

I work closely with different teams to improve how we do things, solve problems, and find better ways to support our clients and team. A background in the pharmaceutical industry has given me valuable skills — like improving processes, managing complex projects, and solving problems — that translate well into the financial world. Whether it’s overseeing internal processes, coordinating projects, or helping the team stay on track with goals, I enjoy creating structure and clarity so others can do their best work.

Outside of the office, I’m a keen traveller and enthusiastic foodie. I also enjoy spending time with my family, taking time to unwind with those that matter most!
